Three different layers of metal bonded together- food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and SS-430 magnetic stainless steel with an encapsulated layer of aluminium in the middle right throughout the cookware for an even distribution of heat. It comes with silicone handles which ensure handles don’t break easily as well as prevent them from getting too hot and keep your hands safe.
